Commissioning

After the system has been installed and powered on, we begin to start up. The prepared and tested software will be downloaded to the system’s controls and brings the systems to life.

We successively carry out the commissioning stages, such as bus commissioning, E/A check, commissioning of the safety functions, commissioning of manual operation and commissioning of automatic operation. As a last step before the system is accepted, we optimize the system in terms of availability and cycle time. Of course we take care about customers specifications while starting up the systems.
