As soon as the assembly and installation works are completed and the systems have been fed in, we
begin starting up the robots.
Starting with the basic commissioning steps, such as bus configuration, commissioning of safety interfaces, tool and base measurements and load data calculation, the robots are programmed according to the customer’s standards.
Depending on whether an offline simulation was carried out, the prepared programs can be downloaded. Otherwise, work begins on the building site to program the relevant procedures. Before the system acceptance, we optimize the robot programs regarding quality and cycle time.
We are skilled in programming various types of robots (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc) and have experience with lots of robot applications such as spot, stud and laser welding, glueing, roller hemming, clinching, stacking, handling.
