The new apprenticeship year at RAFO Elektrotechnik in Pfeffenhausen started on 01.09.2024. For the first time in the company's almost 40-year history, the two trainers Markus Ziegler and Monika Wittmann were able to welcome three trainees.
The apprenticeships on offer at the Pfeffenhausen site are electronics technician for industrial engineering and office management assistant. RAFO, which currently has 40 employees, is committed to promoting young talent and giving young people the opportunity to receive good, sound training with the chance of being taken on as a regular employee afterwards. In order to remain successful in the market and to be able to meet future challenges such as the shortage of skilled workers, RAFO attaches great importance to training.
